changeset 3796, 4.2.2
steps:
1. Both controllers SC-1,SC-2 are up and running with SC-1 active and SC-2
standby.
2. Wrongly configure the slot_id of PL-3 with value 3 (same value as SC-2)
3. Start the opensaf on PL-3.
Duplicate tipc-id is identified on network and eventually both controllers
crashed and went for reboot.

Please read point 2 under steps as

Is nodeinit.conf on PL-3 pointing to nodeinit.conf.controller?.
Are you stopping opensaf on active controller?

Are you stopping opensaf on active controller?
The nodeinit.conf points to payload only. Everthing is w.r.t to payload except
the slod_id.
I haven't stopped opensaf on any controller.
