setup : 1 controller
Model observed : TwoN
configuration : 1 App, 1 SG, 2 SUs. SU1 has PI_PXY, PI_PXD(category 12),
NPI_PXD( category 72) components. SU2 had PI_PXY, PI_PXD, NPI_PXD components
Test case:

Bring up the configuration. take immdump into a xml file. Modify AdminState? of
SG and SU to unlock. bring up opensaf with this xml file.
The proxy component was written such that when invoked, it registers itself and
registers the hardcoded component name of PI Proxied component in SU2. Later it
remains in a loop
The same exe file is made available on both nodes. It was seen that SU2's pxy
registers its own pxd (i.e pxd in the same SU)
Spec says pg : 217 sec 5.1 point 3:

"Pre-instantiable proxied components cannot be located in the same service unit
as their proxy components. This assumption is devised to prevent potential
cyclic dependencies when service units are instantiated.
"
When opensaf comes up the proxy is successfully registering the proxied
component in its own SU.
If SU2 is removed from the configuration, this scenario is not seen.
