The issue is observed on SLES 64bit VMs
Controller failovers are happening in the background when the following is
executed:
1) A non collocated checkpoint is created
2) The checkpoint is unlinked without closing
3) CheckpointOpen?() is invoked with same name as the unlinked checkpoint.
Now CheckpointOpen?() returned ERR_LIBRARY. When the issue occurred 20
failovers happened and 21st failover is in progress.
CPD and CPND traces are available and can be provided on request.
