In pursuit of the problem described in http://devel.opensaf.org/ticket/753 I
changed the mutex type in the general code (ncs_os_lock in os_defs.c) to
PTHREAD_MUTEX_ERRORCHECK_NP.
Then I get recursive locking in MDS:
