After SMF have rebooted one or several nodes, it waits for UP events in a loop
polling for the event.
A new poll is made each 5 sec. A fault in the loop make it wait for 5sec even
if all nodes are reported UP.
Same fault in the loop trying command "true" in the nodes reported to be UP.
