In nway active model, after SU1 lock followed by controller failover, observed
that available SU doesn't got the assignments.
Configuration:-
================
Nway Active
5 Node setup
5SUs, 2 component per SU with same compType
6SIs, 2CSIs per SI, No SIRankedSU configured.
saAmfSGMaxActiveSIsperSU=2
saAmfSGNumPrefInserviceSUs=8
saAmfSIPrefActiveAssignments=2
Single sponser multiple dependent SI SI dependency configured.
SI1 is sponser to rest of the SIs with tol timer of 60000000000(1min)
SU2 spawned on PL-4
SU3 spawned on SC-1
SU4 spawned on SC-2
SU1 and SU5 spawned on PL-3
1. Performed unlock-in and unlock of each SUs in the order SU1,SU2,SU3,SU4,SU5.
Initial assignments are:-
SU1 - SI1 SI2 Active
SU2 - SI1 SI2 Active
SU3 - SI3 SI4 Active
SU4 - SI3 SI4 Active
SU5 - SI5 SI6 Active
2. Performed lock of SI5 and SI6 (because when SU1 gets locked, SU5 should be
available to take SI2 and sponser SI1 assignment.
After step2, Assignments were as shown below.
SU1 - SI1 SI2 Active
SU2 - SI1 SI2 Active
SU3 - SI3 SI4 Active
SU4 - SI3 SI4 Active
SU5 - No Assignments
3. Performed SU1 lock to which sponser SI1 is assigned followed by controller
failover
amf-adm lock safSu=SU1,safSg=SG,safApp=testNActiveApp ; kill -9 3751
After step 3, below are the assignments:-
SU1 - NoAssignments? (since it is locked)
SU2 - SI1 SI2 -Active
SU3 - No assignments (SU3 was on SC-1 where we triggered failover)
SU4 - SI3 SI4 -Active
SU5 - No assignments
Here problem is SU5 doesn't got any assignments since it was available to take
the assignments when SU1 lock and failover was triggered.
SI assignment state was shown below after step3:-
SI1:PARTIALLY_ASSIGNED
SI2:PARTIALLY_ASSIGNED
SI3:FULLY_ASSIGNED
SI4:FULLY_ASSIGNED
SI5:UNASSIGNED (locked state)
SI6:UNASSIGNED (locked state)
After SC-1 comes up, SU3 got the assignments as shown below:-
SU3 - SI3 SI4 Active
