The Programmers Reference needs to be updated with the changes and ned features
introduced via the following tickets:
[#1316], [#1393], [#593] and [#1288]
Summary:
* Some existing configuration attributes has been made possible to change in
runtime
* New configuration attributes has been added e.g. default format string for
application logs
* New tokens has been added for timezone and milliseconds
* A new IMM runtime class for creating a runtime object showing log
configuration
Also verification has been fixed and added. Description of valid configuration
data
