Currently only SA_LOG_FILE_FULL_ACTION_ROTATE is supported in the
Implementation .
But from immcfg i am able to change the LogFullAction value of the streams to
HALT and WRAP .
So with this even though the configuration shows that the full action is HALT
or WRAP .... actually ROTATE if being done .
So while configuring this to other than ROTATE a NOT_SUPPORTED ERROR shoudl be
raised instead of changing the value .
