immpbed is guarded and can only be started by osafimmnd process.
Today, the check is done comparing process name that started PBE with string
"osafimmnd".
This solution does not give posibility to start osafimmnd with valgrind or
other tools, and makes memory debugging more difficult.
The new solution is to check parent pid with pid stored in
/var/run/opensaf/osafimmnd.pid .
This solution will allow to start PBE when osafimmnd is started by some
debugging tool.
