Log service is crashed when sending a log record to stream with setting
`saLogStreamFixedLogRecordSize=1`.
`saLogStreamFixedLogRecordSize` must be possible to set to 0 (means variable
size)
but if not `0`, `150` should be the lowest value as very small value is
meaningless
(log records with no information is meaningless)
