Timezone displays incorrectly when set timezone location to anywhere west of
Greenwich.
E.g: If seting timezone location to America/Los_Angeles (GMT-7 Daylight saving
or GMT-8)
@Cz and @Nz both currently display either --700 or --800 instead of -0700 or
-0800.
