When CCB is aborted in ccbApply due to return codes ERR_NO_RESOURCES or
ERR_NO_MEMORY from ccb completed callback, the abort reason in error strings
should be set to the resource abort.
The reason for changing the abort reason to the resource abort is that the
problem is not a logical problem, and that CCB can be repeated.
