Step to reproduce:
. Change amf demo code so that it won't exit(0) on receiving terminate
callback, clc cleanup script won't kill amf_demo proccess. This is try to
simulate the erroneous component
. Bring up amf demo 2N
. Issue amf-adm restart <amf_demo su dn>

The amf_demo component fails to instantiation, it seems to loop forever in
instantiation/cleanup.
If issue admin restart on component dn instead, amfnd can handle situation, and
eventually component will fail into INSTANTIATION_FAILED after 2 retries. So I
guess there seems to be an issue within admin su restart
