It could be timing issue of between createSection 11 and ckpt getting deleted
by retention duration,
so Can you please have higher retention duration is set in 1Hr and provide

Step to reproduce the problem with attached test application:
S1. Create a checkpoint on SC-2
ckpt< create act test_9
S2. Close the checkpoint on SC-2
ckpt< close
S3. Create a checkpoint on PL-3
ckpt< create act test_9
S4. Unlink the checkpoint
ckpt< unlink test_9
S5. Close the checkpoint on PL-3
ckpt< close
S6. Create a checkpoint on SC-2
ckpt< create act test_9
===> The checkpoint IMM object is not created.
The test application is a console supporting command relating to checkpoint.
