Here is the scenario that could make the active logsv died.
1. standby logsv is notified to takes active role
2. logsv does set implementer
3. But for some reasons, immnd is rebooted as following log traces showed.
> Aug 3 09:44:20 SC-2-1 osaflogd[4198]: NO ACTIVE request
> Aug 3 09:44:20 SC-2-1 osafimmnd[4184]: ER IMMND forced to restart on order
> from IMMD, exiting
> Aug 3 09:44:20 SC-2-1 osafimmnd[11922]: Started
4. In that cases, all handlers hold by immnd will be lost.
5. when logsv invokes saImmOiImplementerSet(), it will fail with error
code ‘SA_AIS_ERR_BAD_HANDLE`.
6. logsv is exited
Should make logsv more robust so that, it can servive in above case.
