Since, there is no log and it is not-reproducuble, so I would like to close it
as "Invalid". Please comment.

1) Bring two controllers UP
2) stop the cluster in SC-2
3) Opensafd status is still showin SC-2 NoRED as Up
SC1:~ # /etc/init.d/opensafd status
