* Issue observed :
Incorrect date, time and year output observed for system and application stream
* Steps to Reproduce
> Test system and application stream using saflogger utility
> Following default saLogStreamLogFileFormat used:
@Cr @Ch:@Cn:@Cs @Cm/@Cd/@CY @Sv @Sl @Cb
below is the snippet of system stream log file:
