There's problem that intermittently fails ntftest when running test as suite.
For instance as running suite 2, the test sometimes fails because of
2016-03-10 14:53:01 SC-1 osafntfd[463]: ER NtfAdmin::subscriptionRemoved client
28 not found
trace is attached.
The test fails because mdsncs_down of previous test comes after initialize msg
of the current test, thus the client will be removed at current test
unexpectedly
