Problem occurs when size > MAX_SEC_ID_LEN(50)
MAX_SIZE(30) is used in shared memory and it does not affect this problem.

** [tickets:#1667] cpsv: cpnd restart with coredump when creating a section
with id size greater than 30**

Problem description:
When a section with id size > MAX_SIZE (30), the cpnd restarts with core dump.

Measurement:
This happens at cpnd_sec_hdr_update() in cpnd_proc.c due memcpy over limit of
sec_hdr.id (MAX_SIZE = 30). There should be somehow to check this limitation
and reject the request.
