Configuration:
2N SG, SU4 hosted on PL4, SU5 hosted on PL5, spare SU5B hosted on PL5
1 comp per SU
3 SI(s), each CSI for per SI
No SI dependency
Steps:
Lock SI
delay csi REMOVE cbk in SU4
reboot PL4
release csi REMOVE cbk
unlock SI
Observation:
Can not unlock SI, with following error in amfd trace
