The PR doc needs to be updated regarding ticket [#1585].
Following sentence should be removed from the doc:
> Since LOG service has not (yet) supported long DNs in OpenSAF 4.5, so any
> Alarm Log having either notificationObject or notifyingObject as long DNs
> will be truncated to at most 255 bytes length.
