../scripts/opensaf_reboot is having hard coded paths for osafdir.conf. It
should pick installation directory from configuration paths.
Line 19 - /etc/opensaf/osafdir.conf
Same is with script ../scripts/opensaf_scale_out
For systems like MVL opensaf is installed in '/usr/etc/opensaf/' instead of
