The usage of command saflogger is not correct:
EXAMPLES
saflogger -a safLgStrCfg=Test "Hello world"
saflogger -a safLgStrCfg=Test -f testLogFile "Hello world"
saflogger -s crit "I am going down"
*root@SC-1:~# saflogger -a safLgStrCfg=Test -f testLogFile "Hello world"
saLogStreamOpen2 FAILED: SAAISERRINVALIDPARAM (7)*
The RDN of runtime stream is "safLgStr=". So we use "safLgStr=...instead of
"safLgStrCfg=..." in command saflogger.
