The following error messages is written in syslog:
2016-05-09 21:47:01 SC-2 osafsmfd[595]: ER saClmClusterNodeGet failed,
rc=SA_AIS_ERR_NOT_EXIST (12)
2016-05-09 21:47:01 SC-2 osafsmfd[595]: ER node id [2030f] not found for state
update DOWN
This happen when MDS detects node up but when SMF asks CLM for node information
for the node it is down again resuling in a NOT EXIST answer from CLM
