I had a quick look at the logs:
Oct 6 10:34:42 SC-1 stonith: [3391]: CRIT: external_reset_req: 'libvirt reset'
for host node failed with rc 1
Oct 6 10:34:42 SC-1 opensaf_reboot: Rebooting remote node SC-2 using stonith
failed, rc: 5
Oct 6 10:34:42 SC-1 osaffmd[1117]: node reboot failure: exit code 256
and
Oct 6 10:34:45 SC-2 external/libvirt[2878]: [2900]: error: unable to connect
to server at '192.168.122.1:16509': Network is unreachable
Oct 6 10:34:46 SC-2 stonith: [2871]: CRIT: external_reset_req: 'libvirt reset'
for host node failed with rc 1
stonith seems not properly configured. You can verify using e.g.:
virsh --connect=qemu+tcp://192.168.122.1/system list --all
I.e. is the network adress correct and are there any firewall rule for port
16509?
Please also attach the opensaf_reboot script and the fmd.conf file.

[Fencing_logs.zip](https://sourceforge.net/p/opensaf/tickets/2097/attachment/Fencing_logs.zip)
(43.3 kB; application/zip)
S : Ubuntu 64bit
Changeset : 7997 ( 5.1.FC)
Setup : 3-node cluster (2 controllers, 1 payload) Remote fencing enabled
Steps:
1. Bring up OpenSaf on all nodes
2. Enable STONITH
3. Disconnect network from both controllers at the same time -- This will
stimulate split brain and both controllers become ACTIVE
4. Connect network to both controllers together --- Both controllers reboot
Expected: Controllers should join the cluster by rebooting only one of the
controller.
Syslog attached for both controllers
