In log initializing, the validated version on both agent and server has to be
changed to check minor version so that log will result SA_AIS_ERR_VERSION if
the version is not supported for minor version.
There are also problem with the output version. Currently the output version is
the version that is supported **by log agent**. But following the SAI_AIS_LOG
document section 3.5.1, output version is a pointer to a structure containing
the version actually supported **by the Log Service. **.
In log server, the initial responed message should change to contain the actual
version that log sever is running on.
