In SmfCampaignThread::handleAmfObjectStateChangeNotification() the following
log has to high priority
LOG_ER("SU: %s failed after upgrade in campaign",...)
Should be changed to LOG_WA
This error can (will) happen when becoming "headless" during a campaign. In
this situiation the campaing will fail which is normal behaviour.
