** [tickets:#2370] base: Improve trace by using tid instead of pid**

**Status:** review
**Milestone:** 5.2.RC1

Even though not being LSB it would be good to use thread id instead of process
id in trace, example:

Mar 13 13:04:22.524923 osafamfd [473:src/amf/amfd/imm.cc:0254] << exec
Mar 13 13:04:22.524967 osafamfd [473:src/amf/amfd/imm.cc:0420] << execute: 1
Mar 13 13:04:22.610216 osafamfd [475:src/amf/amfd/timer.cc:0154] >> avd_tmr_exp
Mar 13 13:04:22.610408 osafamfd [475:src/amf/amfd/timer.cc:0175] << avd_tmr_exp
Mar 13 13:04:22.610617 osafamfd [473:src/amf/amfd/main.cc:0783] >>
process_event: evt->rcv_evt 14
Mar 13 13:04:22.610678 osafamfd [473:src/amf/amfd/ndfsm.cc:1064] >>
avd_tmr_snd_hb_evh: seq_id=1
Mar 13 13:04:22.611663 osafamfd [473:src/amf/amfd/timer.cc:0113] >>
avd_stop_tmr: 0
