Some observations, it looks no rde svc is not installed between 18:33:16 and
18:33:32,
LXC is used with tipc and an attempt to disable the TIPC bearers is made at
opensafd start which is strange as current opensafd rc script do not include
these loggings.

IMMD@SC-2 recived a message from IMMND@SC-1 but failed to send a message back
to IMMND@SC-1.
Both IMMD and IMMND use MDS_SENDTYPE_SND.
RDE also got that failure.
