test_ckptOverwrite verify overwrite behavior and should

test_ckptOverwrite verify overwrite behavior, sometimes due to network problem,
cpnd_proc_update_remote got SA_AIS_ERR_TIMEOUT while trying to update the
remote replica, lead to failed test case.
test_ckptOverwrite should handle this error by retrying operation.
