Standard syslog-ng/rsyslog supports forwarding to a remote/external server. By
leveraging on this, a LOG stream could be configured for output to syslog
instead of file. A specific facility could represent the external stream, this
facility is deployment specific and needs to be configured.
One option for configuration (without schema change) is just providing some
magic name "syslog:<facility nr>" in the saLogStreamFileName attribute.
