Few other bugs need to be fixed too:
1) Printout is not correct
```bash
$ immcfg -a salogstreamtest=10 safLgStrCfg=saLogSystem,safApp=safLogService
Class 'SaLogStreamConfig' does not exist
error - creating attribute from 'salogstreamtest=10
```
2) Object is still created even the parent does not exist or invalid
```bash
$ immcfg -c SaLogStreamConfig safLgStrCfg=test, -a saLogStreamPathName=. -a
saLogStreamFileName=test90
error - parent '' does not exist
```
3) the command returns error, but `safLgStrCfg=test14` is still created.
```bash
$ immlist safLgStrCfg=test12
Name Type Value(s)
========================================================================
safLgStrCfg SA_STRING_T
safLgStrCfg=test12
$ immcfg -c SaLogStreamConfig safLgStrCfg=test12 safLgStrCfg=test14 -a
saLogStreamPathName=. -a saLogStreamFileName=test97
error - saImmOmCcbObjectCreate_2 FAILED with SA_AIS_ERR_EXIST (14)
