The API exit() is unsafe. This ticket intends to replace calling exit() call by
_exit() .
During cluster is shutting down, OpenSAF immd, immnd and immpbe processes have
been expieriencing coredumps because of using this unsafe API . One of them
was reported in the ticket [#2860].
