If immnd is restarted and resurrection of oi handle fails (BAD HANDLE) this
service will crash and cause a node restart.
Reproduce problem:
- Disable io resurrection in imma_oi_api.cc (has to be hacked)
- Restart osafimmnd ($ pkill -SIGKILL osafimmnd)
