amf: check null before access to config objects [#3055]
During controller goes up, it creats config object from IMM.
In case the object was deleted but comming up amfd still
receives ccb object delete callback. And it validates and
crash due to access to null pointer.

During standby SC comes up, the AMFD read configuration from IMM. At that time,
the delete operation happen on the active SC and the change was persistent.
AMFD on standby reads the changed configuarion. Then it also receives the
completecback/apllycallback. In these callback it finds/looks the configured of
objects in delete opereation but it can not find(e.i, return null). And AMFD
accesses to the null will be crashed.
