On Active SC, do following commands:

pkill -STOP osafntfd
ntfsend &
pkill -9 ntfsend
pkill -CONT osafntfd
~~~
Check mds.log will see osafntfd stuck in 1.5s to waiting for agent already down
to send response message type.
