Reproduce steps with model: 2N, 2SUs, 1Comp/SU
1. Config to disable SU failover.
saAmfSGCompRestartMx=0, saAmfSGSuRestartMax=1, saAmfSUFailover=0
2. Act assignment on SU1, Stb assigment on SU2.
3. Terminate compA of SU1. This will trigger SU restart.
4. CompA of SU1 wiill be instantiated. Delay in csi set callback.
5. Terminate compA of SU1 again. This will trigger component failover.
6. Amfnd crashes with coredump following.
