log: log content is placed in a file of another stream [#3175]
Replace a previous patch of this ticket due to regex is not yet fully
supported by gcc 4.8.

Having two configure stream `safLgStrCfg=test_log_stream`,
`safLgStrCfg=sub_test_log_stream`. when log file of stream
`safLgStrCfg=sub_test_log_stream` is empty and perform recovery from headless.
We write a record to stream `safLgStrCfg=test_log_stream`. The log content is
placed in sub_test_log_stream_20200326_034059.log. But We hope that the log
filename is test_log_stream_20200326_034059.log
