There are some common functions IMM related in amf/ and ntf/ which can move to
immutil.c
to avoid duplicate code and easy maintain in future.
E.g:

SaImmAttrValuesT_2** dupSaImmAttrValuesT_array(const SaImmAttrValuesT_2 **src);
