Steps to reproduce:
1) Create a non collocated checkpoint on SC-1 and PL-4.
2) Create a one section on SC-1.
3)During switch over operation, close the application on PL-4.
4)After switch over, close the application of SC-1.
4) Observe that checkpoint is not deleted from the /dev/shm on SC-1 and SC-2 .
