Expect order after load from xml file
192.168.0.1
192.168.0.2
192.168.0.3
192.168.0.4
But the order is opposite after getting values
192.168.0.4
192.168.0.3
192.168.0.2
192.168.0.1
It also happens when saImmRepositoryInit = SA_IMM_FROM_FILE
after cluster reboot, the attribute value will be opposite
