Hi,

Did you pass any options to the ./configure step?
Is it an RPM installation or 'make install'?
After installation, do an ldonfig and retry.
If the problem still persists, can you try
./configure CFLAGS=-DRUNASROOT
And share the contents of /var/log/opensaf/ directory.
