In AMF PG tracking feature (section 7.11 AMF B0401 spec) can be used to 
track the changes of any Protection Group associated with CSI.
Notification service can be used for this purpose. Chapter 11 of AMF 
spec contains details of  Alarams and notifications which are generated
when operational and functional states AMF enabled application changes. 
AMF produces these alarms and notication to notify system wide about 
these changes.
