There is a sample application along with README in "staging/samples/amf/sa_aware/". This represents a sample sa_aware application of 2N model. Also please refer chapter 8 of AMF B0401 spec for UML model and for classes of AMF. For detail description of attributes and classes SAI-IM-XMI-A.04.01.xml.zip can be downloaded from www.saforum.org.
