I'm not sure how realistic/practical this requirement could be. 
If it is just a matter of enabling you to do some debugging, you can have a 
"big" instantiation timeout value
and put some sleep in your instantiation scripts, just as a trick.

If not,
Is it only about delaying the "start" of your process coming into existence? I 
can only imagine the above sleep-in-your-startup-script trick!
Or is it about delaying that component from 'obtaining' a HA role assignment?
