The node_name file on each node is used for correlation to the CLM model when a new node tries to join the CLM cluster. The contents just needs to be consistent with your generated CLM model (originating from nodes.cfg). So it is not at all related to your interfaces on a certain blade. rpm install populates the node_name file with the short hostname but you can put anything in there. /Hans
