Hi,

The maximum size of the shared memory segment is limited by the 
operating system.
share the share memory size.This can be found by executing the command:
cat /proc/sys/kernel/shmmax


If it is 31 MB, increase it to higher value (130 MB )and try starting 
opensaf.
