Hi,
I have implemented the AmfDemo2 N-way Active SG on 5 node cluster.
I facing the following issues
1) SG Lock required
No attribute of SG can be modifies without locking the SG.
2) saAmfSURank
Attribute of SU 'saAmfSURank' cannot be modified even after locking
the SU
3) OpenSAF allows to set the 'saAmfSGNumPrefAssignedSUs' value to greater
than 'saAmfSGNumPrefInserviceSUs' .
4) Auto-Adjust functionality is not implemented. That is if Auto-Adjust is
set to true and a higher ranked SU joins the SG. AMF does not move the
assignments to higher ranked SU.
5) AMF does not follow 'saAmfSGNumPrefAssignedSUs' and
'saAmfSGNumPrefInserviceSUs' attribute value. That is for SI assignment it
uses all the SUs that are configured in the SG.
6) The run-time attribute 'saAmfSUAssignedSIs' attribute value is not
updated by AMF.
7) In case of SG with pre-instantiable SUs, OpenSAF 4.3 ignores the
saAmfSGNumPrefInserviceSUs and instantiates all unlocked SUs.
8) AMF does not update run-time attribute
'saAmfSGNumCurrNonInstantiatedSpareSUs' value.
Besides I am facing the above issues also with other redundancy model type
SGs.
Please can you share your view.
