Well, I tested that telnet as root user has no problem in running the script 
and opensaf gets started.
I am not having TCL at my system, will see the possibilities of installing it.

Btw, can you send output of 'ps -ef |grep openhpi' when opensaf is not coming 
on Controller1(when using tcl script)?
