Have you tried with the latest version of OpenSAF? The latest version of 
the 4.3.x branch is 4.3.3, which you can download here:

http://sourceforge.net/projects/opensaf/files/releases/opensaf-4.3.3.tar.gz/download

If the problem persists even after upgrade, we need more information 
than just the syslog entry below. You can enable core-dumps by 
uncommenting the enable_coredump function call in /etc/init.d/opensafd. 
Then you should get a core-dump from osafamfd when this happens. If you 
provide us with a stack trace from the core dump, it might be possible 
to find the cause.
